Dr. Jill Stoddard
Jill is a clinical psychologist specializing in evidence-based treatments for anxiety, worry, and stress. She is the founder and director of The Center for Stress and Anxiety Management, a multi-site outpatient clinic in San Diego, CA. She is an award-winning teacher, recognized ACT trainer, and author of The Big Book of ACT Metaphors: A Practitioner’s Guide to Experiential Exercises and Metaphors in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (New Harbinger, 2014). Jill lives with her spunky kids, snorting dogs, and nerdy husband in sunny San Diego, California.
